Organizes medals and trophies, lines athletes up for award photos, assists with podium flow.

Assigns athletes to racing ergs, manages warm-up and staging areas, keeps event flow on time.

Takes photos/video of racing, awards, and team moments for social media and end-of-day recap.

Directs foot traffic, assists with parking flow, helps spectators find seating and restrooms.

Wipes down ergs between races, resets monitors to zero, assists with stage or machine movement as needed.

Provides cold towels, water, and politely hands over trash bins if someone needs it after a tough 2K.
